This is the top double stroller for families looking for a stylish, side-byside double stroller. It's a larger than the other Bugaboo models but it's solid and built to last. It has a movable handlebar that extends and retracts easily. It has a long reach so that my husband, who is 6'1", can easily push it, even when it is full of weight.
Seats are large and can be placed in a way that one child is on top of the other or so that the children face each other. They can also recline independently from one another. The canopies cover both seat fabrics, if desired. They're not a lot of ventilation, so they can be like an oven on hot days. They do not have a peek-a-boo window to see the children.
One of the most distinctive features of this stroller is its capacity to adapt to your family's needs from the single seat (Mono mode) to grow to a double side-by-side stroller. It is the only double stroller convertible to do this. It can be used in conjunction with an additional bassinet or car seat for infants.

We would like to see the canopy ventilated to allow for more airflow, though. We also weren't thrilled that the cup holder is quite high on the frame, which means you'll need to bend down to access it.
In our tipping test, the Jeep tipped over at a 39-degree angle, which is more than the norm for the double pram. It's a little heavier and has more storage for the price. The handles and seats are also well-padded.
